Our TEACH Services are purposed to help you build bridges and ladders from where you are to where you want to be. But before you can get there, you have to figure out two things: your starting point and your destination.
TEACH is our practical learning division of Sweet Tea Summits. Our workshops and resources are designed for women who want more than lofty advice or meaningful encouragement. They want tools. They want a voice. They want a process. They want a safe place to reflect, grow, and ask better questions, so they can confidently begin to make different choices that will change their trajectory, add greater value to their lives, and move them closer to who they want to be, the life they want to create, and the legacy they want to leave.
Through live and online workshops, online self-paced courses, and other digital products, TEACH creates opportunities for self-discovery, personal growth, healing, and meaningful community.

This workshop helps participants think more intentionally about their work life. People are continuing to work into their 90's. Work is a huge part of your life, which means your work should not be something that forces you to trade your happiness, peace, and joy for a paycheck. Learn how to align your passions, interests, gifts, values, and skills to curate a career that is intentional, purposeful, and feels more like an adventure than a chore.
Learn the Art of Giving
and Receiving the Gift
of Forgiveness
Forgiveness is not pretending, excusing, settling, rushing, or forgetting. Forgiveness is also not a one-way street. Forgiveness is, however, a gift that sometimes has to be given repeatedly. This workshop will teach you the true art and understanding of the forgiveness process that leads to emotional freedom, healing, and peace. Reclaim your inner peace!
The Character of Love: Relationships That Don't Steal Your Joy
A candid and practical workshop about defining the character of love so that you will recognize love when it shows up, recognize when "love" needs to depart, define love's boundaries, emotional safety, how to love others and yourself well, and how to choose relationships that honor not only who you are now but also the woman you are becoming.

Ecosystem That
Supports Your Joy
In this workshop, participants are guided through a transformational process–designed by STS Founder Laura Henry–that will result in a blueprint for how your right-fit, custom-designed ecosystem looks. Your blueprint will give you insight into what you want and need around you to authentically cultivate greater joy in your life. (This is a multi-day workshop)

The Details
Who are these workshops for?
Although our workshops are geared toward older women who have been through some things, our lessons and materials are valuable and applicable to any woman wanting to learn strategies to support, grow, and sustain their joy.

Materials are included with live workshops.
How Long Are the Workshops
Most workshops are 6-8 hours, including breaks.
Workshops can be broken into two-day sessions.
Where Are the Workshops Held
For the most part, our workshops are facilitated at a location selected by the workshop host. Occasionally, we will offer our workshops at venues of our choosing. These events will be located on our Gather Service Page.
Group Size and Fees
Available for group sizes between 3 and 24 participants.
Fees are calculated at $75.00 per participant, with a minimum
workshop fee of $300.00. Materials are included.
