Cancellation Policy

Sweet Tea Summits Booking & Cancellation Policy At Sweet Tea Summits, we value the intentional design of time–yours and ours– and the commitment required to steward your story with excellence. To ensure we can provide high-touch, premium support to every member of our collective, we have established the following guidelines for all scheduled sessions: Respecting the Calendar: We understand that life transitions can be unpredictable; however, our sessions are carefully prepared in advance to serve you best. Cancellation Notice: We kindly require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Investment Credit: Should you incur a cancellation fee and then choose to later purchase coaching or concierge services, the $50 late fee will be applied to your account and then deducted from your purchase agreement. No-Show Policy: Appointments missed without prior and required notification will be subject to forfeiture of the full cancellation fee, without transfer to any future purchases.
